Strategic thinking, design and Reviews
Using appropriate reflective, planning and learning methodologies; we will guide your teams to design a clear and systematic roadmap for the journey of change and transformation you envision. We will also lead your teams in analytical and reflective exercises to ensure your goals and objectives remain relevant.
Structural and Systems Review and application
Drawing on our many years of experience and continuous learning, we will advise and guide organisational systems review and restructure process-this includes structures and policy revisions. We also support the process of bringing these systems to life.
Monitoring, evaluation and learning
Using critical analytical tools and methodologies, we will facilitate periodical performance reviews and establish effective systems that will enable you to monitor your progress against planned objectives; measure results of your work and glean lessons and emerging good practice in your work.
Talent Development and Management
In collaboration with your human resource team lead, we will coach you through understanding the talent and skills you have; and then identify ways to develop them in targeted and individualised capacity development programs.

Anchored by the organisational values and aspirations, we offer coaching and mentoring to develop, nurture and utilise change agents within the organisation, to support systematic change management and culture realignment.
BOOSTER: Early Stage Accelerator Program
The BOOSTER Program, a pioneering initiative of the Segal Family Foundation and delivered through the technical assistance of Warande, is an early-stage accelerator designed to fast-track the growth and resilience of emerging civil society organisations in Kenya.​

Built on a foundation of intensive technical assistance, BOOSTER nurtures early-stage organisations that are committed to creating positive change within their communities. Through a carefully structured, year-long journey, BOOSTER offers a dynamic blend of institutional self-assessment, policy and systems strengthening, capacity building, and peer-driven learning.

At its core, BOOSTER provides:

Institutional Self-Assessment: Organisations engage in a participatory Life Cycle Assessment to self-diagnose their stage of growth, identify critical capacity gaps, and define priorities for technical assistance.

Policy and Procedures Strengthening: Participants receive hands-on support to develop or enhance over 35+ essential policies spanning finance, human resources, governance, administration, communications, and program management—building a strong foundation for operational excellence.

Capacity Strengthening through Coaching and Training: Through a combination of one-on-one coaching, group learning sprints, and peer accountability hubs, organisations are equipped with practical tools, frameworks, and strategies to enhance their impact sustainably.

Founders' Leadership Development: Founders and leadership teams benefit from dedicated forums focused on performance management, governance, supportive supervision, and brand strengthening—ensuring that institutional growth is matched with visionary leadership.
The BOOSTER experience is deeply relational, recognising that growth is non-linear and tailored to each organisation's unique ecosystem and aspirations. Across the accelerator, organisations engage in intensive modules on program planning, theory of change, resource mobilisation, monitoring and evaluation, and communications strategy, culminating in a strategic lift-off towards sustainable impact.
